Dave Duty has worked hard from his earliest days growing up in rural Central Montana, and maintains that work ethic when helping prospective homeowners finance their purchase.

Dave helped his family with their real estate and building business and has maintained that interest and expertise to get started in the business locally helping lower-income buyers in Northeast Portland.

His interest has expanded to other areas, types of buyers and types of homes, but his focus remains on navigating the sometimes overwhelming and intimidating home financing process and making it as simple and painless as possible.

Dave is driven by helping people into their first home or the home of their dreams – from the first conversation to the close of escrow – and works with experienced Realtors and other experts to bring knowledge to the customer. He welcomes questions and concerns throughout the process to make it as transparent and comfortable as possible.

When he isn’t putting that Big Sky energy into helping finance a home, Dave loves travel, photography, golf and sports.
