Marcie started her career in the mortgage industry in 1997. She was a member of a top producing originating team until 2012 when she decided to make the transition into operations and management where she could spread her knowledge to assist others, while continuing to originate loans on a smaller scale. She was instrumental in assisting her retail team to overcome challenges within the loan process resulting in home ownership success stories for their clients & referral partners.   With her attention to detail and organization she was key in creating streamlined procedures within the retail channel which resulted in quicker closings on a continual basis.

Marcie decided to re-enter the sales force full-time in 2014 originating on her own while still managing.  Her time spent in operations has benefited her clients and referral partners as Marcie has a greater understanding of the process than most others, which equates to faster closings. She is always up for a challenge which has helped many homeowners get into their dream homes when they didn’t believe they could.

Marcie is excited to be part of Root Mortgage where she has the resources to grow her relationships, both personal and personal. When not assisting her friends, family and colleagues Marcie is most likely enjoying family time at one of their many sporting events. She enjoys attending sporting events, seasonal activities,
school functions, boating, paddle boarding and family vacations.
